HI ME AND MY KIDS ARE FLYING TO CANADA THIS SAT SEPT13. MY KIDS ARE 8 AND 10 AND WE ARE REQUESTED TO GET A CLEARANCE FROM DSWD. WHEN UR KIDS HAD THEIR CFO STICKER STAMPED ON THEIR PASSPORTS, THEY GAVE THEM A MANUAL AND IT SAYS WE NEED A CERTIFIC8 FROM DSWD.

kng kasama ka bakit ka nila hiningan pa ng certificate? ikaw naman ang nanay . I'm a single mom of 4 and everytime nagtravel kami ng mga bata di na need travel clearance ah.. we called dswd sabi if they are on immigrant visa di na need pero pa double check ko na lang siguro.
as per dswd website :

WHO DOES NOT NEED TRAVEL CLEARANCE?
A minor traveling to a foreign country with either parent or with his or her solo parent or legal guardian;
A minor traveling abroad whose parents are in the Foreign Service or living abroad or are immigrants, provided he/she is holding a valid pass such as a dependents visa/pass/identification card or permanent resident visa/pass/identification card which serves as proof that he/she is living with parents abroad and their travel does not constitute child trafficking. - See more at: http://www.dswd.gov.ph/faqs/travel-clearance-for-minors/#sthash.28lTSZUJ.dpuf

Hahaha ... I was the girl who arrived so early to attend the gcp seminar ... Was wearing cream, chiffon top and matron leggings with matching high heels, lol ... Sayang sana pala na mention ko dito sa forum para may makilala man Lang ako personally sa mga forum mates natin ... Bibili pa Lang ako ng ticket Pero am looking at 2nd or 3rd week of October. Kailangan ko pa Kasi mag turnover sa work before they could give me my clearance. Montreal, Quebec ang destination ko

Patulong naman po para clear sa amin. Permanent Residence Application Status = Application Recieved
Pero kapag click po ng "Application recieved" lumalabas po "Medical results has been recieved".
Ano po kaya talaga ang Status? In process or DM? Medyo nalilito lang po kame sa logic nung status, kung DM na po ba. Nalilito lang po kame sa explanation. Salamat po ng madami.

Solo parent ako kasi and minors mga bata kya i needed to get the certific8. I also need to show them the kids and my birtcertific8 just to prove im their mom. Maybe its case to case basis i dont know. Im just sharing what i needed to do.tnx

Head ng DSWD on our place was the one who issued me the certific8. Cguro case to case basis dko alam basta kung ano cnbi skin shineshare ko lang.






IM A SOLO PARENT KASI AND I WAS ADVISED TO GET THE CERTIFICATE. KASI NGA MINORS ANG MGA ANAK KO. JUST TO MAKE SURE NA DKO BASTA TINATAKAS MGA ANAK KO.

Application Received po and few days or months will be change into In Process then Decision Made

Usually they don't kasi po Toronto din po ang port of entry ng new comers.

thankyou. kase last tym nung umalis husband ko via pal din dumadaan pa daw vancouver. nag woworry ako kase bka panibago chek in ulit kung dadaan pa vancouver, mag isa lang ako flight.. scared. hehehe
