Hi everyone, I'm sponsoring my wife from the philippines. Our time line is as follows: (approximate timeline)

August 11, 2009: Sent application to Mississauga.
September 10, 2009: Recieved letter from CPC-M confirming eligibility.
September 24, 2009: Manila started to process application.
Mid-October, 2009: Wife recieved AOR letter and sent requested things.
March 2010: Passport request.
April 26th 2010 (maybe sooner): Decision Made.

For decision made it says:

We started processing your application on September 24, 2009.



Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

It's been one week but still no visa, any idea when my wife may get it? She's from Cagayan de Oro. Thanks and good luck to you both.

Double check your address in the Online Status tool. Wait for the very slow couriers in Mindanao. You can call Manila Embassy also, or have another San Miguel and try and get it off your mind. I know how nerve wracking these waits are. Hope you get it.

sa forummates ko. I arrived at 4:30 pm at vancouver. this is how. sundan nyo ng mga lalabas lakad kau mga 5min. then escalator pababa. then punta kayo 1st immigration. ang tanong sa kin.

ME: sponsored by my wife under family class. then kunin ang bagahe.. then pasok sa next immigration tanong sa akin.. same with the first.then process sa para sa pr card.. then out na.. checkin sa air canada. then gala sa airport. kape kape. lamig!!!!

then sa air canada if it is your connecting flight.. just follow lang yung mga direction... ask ask din.. then check-in... then punta kau saang immigration check A,B,C then after nyan lakad..... layo papunta sa gate ang dami kaya follow the numbers


then wait the time of flight off you go.. wala na tanong kapag domestic...

next time na ako reply.. bawi muna tulog.. apply ako ..sin at medicard then gala gala

visa/corp on hand.july 2013 applicant..mejo natagalan pero okay lng atleast hawak kna ngaun.
sa lahat ng naghihintay kunti tiis lng kc darating at darating nman talaga.wag masyado mag-isip ng negative para
walang stress.pray lng tau.thx sa inyo lahat.
