-Marriage Certificate from NSO
-AOM advisory on marriage from NSO
-NBI
-Police Clearance abroad (if nag stay ka abroad for 6 consecutive months)
-Police Clearance at Certificate (dito sa Pinas nagsend din ako kahit di kailangan)
-Medical (kailangan ito para makakuha ng Copy 2 na manggagaling sa DMP designated medical practitioner para maisama sa ipapadala na mga form pagtapos na mafill upan anga mg forms isesend sa Canada . Original ang ipapadala sa Sponsor at photocopy lang sa Applicant.
-CENOMAR at Legal Capacity ng Sponsor ko ( lahat sinend ko na as proof)
-9 pieces photos white background (follow the photo specification sa Appendix B)

Not sure po, kasi nung tumawag ako sa DMP isa sa requirements na kailangan kong dalhin eh 2 Copies daw ng APPENDIX C maybe ung 2nd copy eh yun ung ibibigay sakin after magpa medical kaya tinawag na COPY2. ;D

Ang Appendix C ay yung nasa Part 3: Country Specific Instruction, dadalhin mo yan sa medical clinic, tapos yung Copy 2 na tinatawag is manggagaling sa medical na ibibigay na sayo. Tapos ito yung post ni sis Jen nung July 23, 2012. ;D

Kelangan bago isend ng Sponsor ang lahat ng Application nyo sa CIC makapagpamedical na ang Applicant kasi The (DMP) Designated Medical Practitioner will give you (original) copy 2 of the medical report that you need to include with your Application iprint mo sya sa applicant ang photocopy at yung original copy2 isesend mo sa Sponsor para di magkaron ng delay sa processing ng Application. copy 1 will be sent by the DMP to the appropriate medical office for processing which is CEM.

Hi MDC, yes, naka pag remed na ako Nung end of september pa, at nag submit din ako ng new NBI.

Hi GIRL29, Dito Lang ako sa Mandaluyong sa may pioneer, sensya na ngayon Lang reply ko kasi mahina po signal sa condo ko ng internet. Sana maka alis na nga tayo medyo inip na rin ako although galing Dito hubby ko Nung October, kasi tambay din Lang ako...dumating ako Dito sa pinas almost a year ago na, dati kasi kami nakatira sa cayman islands kaya when we moved to Canada, I have to apply for PR, at sabi ng lawyer namin mas mabilis if I apply outside kaya ako umuwi, Di namin akalain na ganito katagal, pero for 5 years kasama ko hubby ko at back and forth kami sa Canada, at may update kami sa MP dun na may application passed the eligibility,security at criminality, at kailangan ko na Lang mag remed at new NBI daw kasi nag expire na pero until now still in process pa rin...hopefully this would be over soon...

Wow ayos ah brad buti nakalusot. Sabagay mas ok naman talaga ang mga pictures and kung may anak naman na ang couple imposible namang di parin kapanipaniwala. Hi there, kami din wala din ako pinasang online chats,kasi magkasama naman kami sa bahay at Di marunong Asawa ko mag chat he he he, for almost five years na magkasama kami, ang pinasa ko na proof ay lease agreement ng apartment namin,pensions/insurance beneficiary,plane tickets together,hotel reservations, phone bills pag NASA business trip sya at pag andito ako sa pinas, at greeting cards for every occasion, at loads of pictures with friends at families Nya na kasama ako, at Mga travel adventures namin...at nakakatuwa kasi para sayang timeline kasi andun yung iba ang hitsura ko kasi mataba ako,maiksi buhok ko yung iba Payat ako at hang gang humaba buhok ko, at wedding pics namin of course...at so far wala na naman silang hiningi na additional proofs.
