Actually there are still some 2011 applicants from July-Dec who are still waiting and some of them [us] have been waiting for 4 months or so [July-Oct batch]....The wait is case to case basis. In your case, 1 month and a half is still ok coz average wait time is 2 months.

Sa lahat ng naghihintay pa ng visa, pray lang natin yan guys darating din yan alam ko mahirap ang malayo at wla kasiguruhan ba kelan ba ang dating nito... To dadaem na kabatch ko mismo Dec 5 filed holefully makuha na hubby mo..kay emrn na matagal na din naghihintay sna awa ng Diyos makuha mo na din..sa mga diko namention pro nababasa ko hoping mareceive na nila visa nla...

Meantime habang naghihintay keep the avenue of communication open with ur spouse kasi alam naman naten kahirap ng LDR!

sumagot na MP namin after 2 days. sabi daw ng CEM no decision made yet on my application. at within standard processing time pa rin daw so hindi pa daw pwede mag-intervene ang MP sa process. maghintay daw hanggang September kasi September 2012 pa naman daw mag-eexpire ang medical ko. ang sigurado daw ay before September ma-issue na yung visa ko. hay, nakaka-depress.

hi kitkat! we have the same situation. nawala din ng canada post mga proof of relp namin. october batch ako and still waiting for my husband's visa. his medical will expire june 16.

same vo nga siguro tayo. sana naman huwag na nila isagad ng 12 months yung application ko.kasi kung ganun, 4 months pa ulit ang hihintayin ko.

Hello, the MP will check muna if ur within processing times. Kasi kami mg 8 months na yun app namin and still application received that is the reason we sought for the MP's help and then we found out what was going on. they advised us what to do and by June (our 9th month) kung wala pa talaga then they will step in. Someone taught me how to write sa MP eh backread ka na lang wala kasi ako copy nun kasi i just taught hubby how to write them sa skype so super layo na for me to backread sa skype.I been giving links na din about how to look for your MP. You can google members of parliament. And then search your MP through your canadian address zipcode.

okay, so I guess it's not the right time to get MP's help yet since our application is still within normal processing times. Thanks for the info! Ang hirap din kasi when you're waiting, lalo na my husbands passport is in Manila while we're in Canada right now. Everyday ako nagccheck ng update ng ecas, never changes. sana masurprise nalang tayong lahat soon with that visa!

Kung yung authenticity ng relationship ang in question, bakit di na lang nila ipatawag yung applicant for interview kesa naman pagisipan nila ng mahabang panahon kung totoo ba relationship nila or hindi db? At least pag naginterview sila ng applicant, mas malilinawan sila.
