Spousal sponsorship with no PR card yet

Hello guys,

I got my PR about 2 months ago and married now. I wanted to get the PR before marrying. I want to submit my spousal application but I don’t have a PR card yet. Can I add a photocopy of the COPR and a letter explaining that I do not have my PR card yet?

Has anybody done this with success?

Congrats on your successful landing as a PR in Canada and your getting married.

You may include a copy of the landing COPR and a letter explaining that you are awaiting your PR card......and maybe send a copy of the PR card later.
