Then follow the instructions in the link above. Mainly I think you still need tests and to use the arrivecan app (or web page version of arrivecan).
Form IMM5669 (Schedule A - Background/Declaration), says that it has to be filled out for all family members 18 years or older. Does that just include members who are accompanying the Principal Applicant or do I still have to do the forms for those who are not being sponsored?
The sponsor doesn't have to fill this form, but here's a list of who else has to:
Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
This form must be completed by:
- you, the principal applicant;
- your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
- your dependent children aged 18 years or older (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

No you don't have to in spousal sponsorship.
It says spouse there in cases where the spouse isn't already a PR or a citizen. (Because a PR for example would have filled this form at some point in their application in the past) You have to keep in mind that these forms are used for many other application types.
For example (parent sponsorship), where in that case the principal applicant (mother for example) and her spouse (father/step father) will both fill a copy of the form.
Hello Everyone - Can we request to pick up passport from the same VFS office that we will submit passport rather than the mailing home address? Thank you!
It's better if you check with your local VFS directly. (COVID rules and etc could play a role) I'm not sure about your specific location, but in other locations I was able to pick it up from them directly in the past.

Did you email the visa office after passport submission to let them know passport was submitted or VFS will take care of everything?

We submitted in VFS Office,they take charges of sms and courier.VFS send details of visa and dispatched through Sms and email.
Thanks, we have submitted in VFS office and requested to pick up from the VFS office.
Did VFS sent email once passport was sent from the embassy also can you see in new tracker if they update that passport was sent back ?

- his wife is in pakistan, and he is a PR
- Should he submit original police certificate or copy? If copy would it be certified copy, or copy is good enough
- What marriage certificate/nikkah nama should he provide? Should he provide original nikkah nama with certified translation or a regular copy of nikkah nama and translation is good enough? should he provide original marriage cert or regular copy is good enough
