Do you have travel history? Applied for refugee claim in any other country?

My file submitted on 31 july 2018
File has been transfer to lvo 17 jan 2018
After that i got one mail from lvo for additional documents
After that no reply from them its been 14 months from the date I have submitted my file

After that i got one mail from lvo for additional documents
After that no reply from them its been 14 months from the date I have submitted my file

My file is of June 2018 file transfer in Oct to lvo MEd was in Dec and after that complete silence. Inquired thorough MP as well but no movement Its been 15 months

I am 7 Nov 2018 applicant received email Today of Pre Arrival Letter. but online account doesn't updated with Completion of Eligibility Nor Background process completed. Does anyone know Pre Arrival Letter is sign of Eligibility passed . or everyone who have applied got this Pre Arrival letter.

Yes, pre-arrival means you have passed the eligibility. So if medical and background check are ok then you will be issued PPR. LVO moving really quickly after Pre-Arrival. Mine changed to background in process a day before pre-arrival and after 3 days I got PPR.

It seems though as it all depends on your background check after pre-arrival. If there is no extensive travel history/red flags, expect PPR sometime really soon and this has been the case for most of the people.

Good Luck, you are almost there. In my mind the biggest issue is eligibility and you got that.

i am also November 7 applicant. Received pre arrival on August 12 together with the biometrics request, August 14 pcc request. For now, nothing... I read on this forum that it means eligibility passed, but I am not sure how true is that... let’s just hope for better.
