I applied in May this year and NO query NO additional documents were requested. within 6 months they requested for the passport.

CIC webiste still shows his status as IN PROCESS i think they update it on evry Tuesday.. BUT we got the PPR this morning. we didnt expect that

on cic website picture specification available, print and go any good photographer they will make according to specification.

another option go VAC office where your husband have to submit his passport they have photo booth there. VAC office is in wafi mall below is the link.

if u know mall of emirates which is very famous in dubai there is a store name is Grand Stores Digital.

you and your husband lives in dubai? can u share please about documents they asked in passport request?

Hi All;

Does any body knows how much time it takes these days to stamp an immigrant or PR visa on Passport at Canadian Consulate Islamabad. My PR Approved, I send my passport here to Ottawa in Canada on 21st of October and got back on 10th Nov. with Immigrant Visa, while my wife submit her passport on 29th of October in VFS but still waiting for Passport return.

Thanks for any clue..

As I bought her a flight ticket at 5th of December , hope they stamp it before 5th December

That is the e-mail. Why don't you send them a case specific inquiry from their website? It goes to the same e-mail. Maybe that will help.
Some people have been complaining that this e-mail does not work for them, don't really know whats up.

I sent the email through my husbands account and it worked. I think case specific inquiry is when it exceeds the processing time but mine hasn't exceed (even though on Dec.4 it will be 1 full year since I have been waiting)

No, you can send CSI any time. I've sent them twice, they always reply within a week or two... But its good that you sent your e-mail already (y)
