Hi Everyone,

Need advises..!!!

My file transferred to LVO by 26-April-2014. My status was change to "In-Process" in Feb-2015 and same time they asked for medical (I didn't do up-front medical) which was done in end of Feb-2015 and LVO shown the Medical results have been received. After that LVO asked me to submit few forms again which I did submit on 12-May-2015 and after that I'm waiting for their further feedback. Should I hope for "Decision Made"? Any Idea how much time it will take further for "Decision Made"? Tnx

Send an inquiry to the visa office......indicate date of medical and ask for tentative finalization time

After will it change to DM? My medical is expiring july 1.

I have a question. I sent my sponsorship application to CIC Mississauga in the first week of June 2015. I went to CIC website and it says "working on applications received until April 30, 2015". Based on this info can you tell me when can I expect my application to get into the process?

Currently its taking 55 days as mentioned on CIC website. So accordingly your (sponsor's) assessment will take place some where in the beginning of August 2015. Don't forget the assessment of person being sponsored is a whole new story...

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me out with my queries in regards to the NICOP.

I got my CNIC expired and now I'm looking forward to renew it. My marital status has also been changed from 'single' to 'married' this year and my wife is currently in Pakistan waiting for her Canadian immigration. I have submitted our original 'Nikahnama' and the original 'Marriage registration certificate' for my wife's immigration to the visa office in London. I do have the photocopies of all the originals (like nikahnama, marriage registration certificate, my wife's new CNIC with my name on it as her husband and all the required documents as a proof of marriage).

Question:

1) Can I apply for my new NICOP with the photocopies of 'Nikahnama' and the 'marriage registration certificate'?
or
2) Do I definitely have to wait for the Original nikahnama and the marriage registration certificate to get back from the immigration office and then apply for my renewed Identity card?

1.We received application for permanent residence on September 29 2014

2.Medical Result has been recived.

what will my next update?? and how many time left for my visa issue??

It takes around 3-4 months after the remedical.
My wifes remedical was done on 12 may 2015 and her ecas shows app received for PR on 20 August 2014 and medical results have been received.

E case is in process now June and July applications are in process i guess. Now whats not medical already expired did not ask for it. What is DM process

DM is Decision Made. It's usually after your ReMedical. Share your timeline please.

My question is to all forum members.

Please let me know:

1- If a baby is born to PR card holder parents outside Canada. How much time does it take usually to get the baby PR case processed in LVO once the case is approved from Canada???

2- While applying for a sponsorship case, is there any condition of minimum 2 year stay in Canada after getting PR status? I landed on May 26, 2015. I want to come back in Feb, 2017 and apply for baby sponsorship case immediately, will i be able to apply the case as per current rules? Since my PR cards would be valid till Mid 2020. And in Feb, 2017 i would be having ample time of more than 3 years.

3- After file is transferred to LVO, infant case also goes through background checks, security clearance? Do they ask for re-medical for the baby also? As there is no requirement of PCC under age of 18 so that will not be asked in case of infant.

4- Also, there is no RPRF in case of infant so that step is also not involved.

It is a request to all, who knows any such case, please let me know about the timeline of such case where baby place was in Pakistan.
