Thanks for the information Paul. I sent a CSE Thursday again. I think I will wait for 8-10 days more else I will go with GCMS.

If you're in Canada, you can submit it via https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en , need to get consent letter from spouse. Its cheaper, $5, and seems faster than going through private firms, who are more suited if you are out of canada and don't have anyone to make the application for you. (need to be in Canada to use the link i shared.)

Thanks Paul the link is helpful. I will still wait a few more days as I have sent my medical done proof on Thursday that it is done for my PR. So I hope they will see my file, once they see my medical email, hopefully someone will try to have a look at my file and start some processing.

Should the letter state the NOC Code or is it enough to have the title and job description?

Don't need to indicate NOC code they will decide it after looking at your description but if you wanna add your NOC code you can add it in your explanation letter

No need of Noc .
I submitted my husband workpermit visa copy.
His offer letter which shows job designation,duties,salary,working hours.
And I added 6 months of pay stubs.
That's it .
