Hello everyone,
I need to advice on my situation here.
I came to Canada as student completed my studies and got PGWP. I got married in middle of my residency and added my spouse (my spouse was Back home) as dependent on my application. We got both PR at same time. After PR he left me right away.
My questions as follows.
1) Am I still responsible for his living expense for three year even if got divorce?
2) What legal actions I m suppose to take to protect myself?
Please help!!
Me and my Family supported him and his family financially and also helped whole family to get Visitor visa for Canada.

Canada
1. Edited as I didn't realize it was an EE dependent.

2. Talk to a lawyer. Report him to IRCC.

1. No, you are not at all financially responsible for him. You didn't sponsor him.

2. Get a divorce.

If you simply added him to your application under Express Entry, you are not responsible for him financially.
