Hi I am sponsoring my Tunisian husband, I already send the application and I receive letter of approval from the federal and now the application is now transferred to the visa office in Tunisia. Can anyone know what will happen next?

are you applying from Quebec? because there it is different. I sponsored my husband from Tunisia he arrived in Montreal in October 2011 but we moved to Toronto last year
well now they will processing the application, it will take some time and then they will decide wether or not he has to go for interview

Yes I'm from Montreal.. Just a question, how long is the sponsorship for your husband before?

I am trying to sponsor my boyfriend to come to Canada but how do we get arrived first? Like do we have a big formal party because I am in university and can't afford it or should we have a small wedding just me him witness and the person performing the wedding? I am so confused lol I'm not sure where to start
