Sponsoring parents requirements help

Some questions:

1. Submitting interest to sponsor parent was open from January 3 and February 2
Does this mean applying (to show interest) will be from Jan - Feb every year?

2a. Is my math for annual income required to meet financial eligibility correct? A + B = C
(a) Income required per family member:
1 Family member (me) - C$22,590
(b) 1 sponsored person over 18 (mother) - C$16,524
(c) Total: C$39,114 per annum

2b. I plan to land in Canada around 1Q - 2Q 2018.
As I will not have 12 months of employment (so total income I earn between Q2/Q3 2018 - Jan 2019 may not meet C$39,114), does this make me ineligible? In this instance, the soonest I can sponsor my mother is in 2020?

3. If I apply for Super Visa first, can I then apply for Parent Sponsorship while they are still in Canada, or must they leave the country before I try to sponsor them?

Probably.

Just go by your total family size. If it's just you + mom (so no spouse, no kids, mom is not married), then family size is 2 and parents LICO is 38,618. Any spouse or other family members, will add to family size and LICO.

If you don't meet 3 years income, you are ineligible.

If you start earning enough in tax year 2019 then with 2019, 2020 and 2021 income + 2022 waiting for tax return, you can possibly enter the lottery to sponsor only in January 2023

Yes it's fine, parents can be here on supervisa and you can try to sponsor them for PR while they are in Canada.

The Sponsor should meet the LICO, You cannot add the Sponsored Person(your Mother) to meet LICO requirements.
