Sponsoring husband while PR is under processing

Hi there, Just wondering if anyone here has experienced of my case.
Here is it: I'm about to apply for PR and OWP this December and I'm about to get married by August next year.My question is can I submit the documents of my husband as my additional dependant while my PR is under processing? Thank you so much and hope someone can answer my question.

Just to clarify you mean add your to be husband to your PR application after your marriage in August assuming you are not before then qualifying in a common law relationship ?

Exactly, I just want to know if I can do it, adding ny husband to be after we got married?

You are required to add him if you get married while your app is being processed.
