My name is Peter and I live in Ottawa. Recently my sister obtained Permanent resident visa for Canada through the Quebec skilled worker's program. She is planning to come to Canada in the spring with her two children and then she is planning to sponsor her husband. She is planning to stay with us in Ontario and sponsor her husband. My question is whether will be a problem that is settled in Ontario although she applied through the Quebec skilled worker's program and signed a declaration that once she comes to Canada she will settle in the province of Quebec.
