hI i'm a canadian citizen i got married in the philippines can i call my wife to visit canada and see the country
and process the sponsor here please advise if thats allowed and if so how long is the process

She will need a visitor visa to come to Canada.

Then, once she has arrived, you can make the application, which if successful will take about 14 months.

Spouse applying for a visitor's visa has a 99% chance of denial. It would be better to sponsor her from outside Canada.

I know some of my friends who got married and sponsored their spouses from the Philippines. Processing for visitors visa for her to come is a waste of time. Might as well sponsor her through spousal visa. Processing is only less than a year. That would really saves you time and money.
