My paternal aunt from canada sponsered me for study permit ..
just check these documents list ..if its rite ...

1. Income tax returns from sponser last 2 years
2.property tax retuns
3. Present bank statement
4. employeement lettes showing salery ..and work years
5 .affidavit of suport
6.proof of relation ..relative in canada and ...relative in india,,

pls tell any other document ..missed frim this list ..

Your documents looks OK. Apply for Visa. If CHG need another documents to look into it, they will ask you.

Admission Offer Letter
Statement of Purpose (SOP)
Educational Certificates (Since class 10th)
Copies of special appreciation awards (if any), if they are related to your course/field of study
Resume (if you are working)

i have also applied for education loan .....but we have 2 years IT returns..
and also Agriculture property and its value nearly 7-8 crores ...is it enough...

CHC does not considers land papers, crop sale record, jewellery evaluation report as valid proof of funds. They only consider Bank Loan, FD, cash in Bank (last 4 months), Provident Fund statement etc. Bank loan is the most preferred method for them.

I received this information directly from a VO when CHC New Delhi conducted a seminar for study visa. The presenters were two VO who issue study permits.

As per the rule, you have to show funds equal to tuition fees + living cost + airfare for the first year as proof of funds.

How are you showing these funds?

Did you mean all of the documents for sponsers are compulsory or it can be possible to submit some of them. Also do we need six months pay sleeps or it can be alright with 4 months for my sponser?

and also,

do we need an affidavit of "---rupess stamp" which can details the property(land or house) of sponser as well as highlight his monthly income and detail of his family. or we dont require such? If I just want to show his PF funds and not his bank fund in that case I dont think I require his bank statments.

How are you showing these funds?

my tution fees =13368$ + living expenseses ..=11500$ + 2000$ both way airfair
this total=26868$ ..= 1200000INR
and 80% of 1200000 =960000INR
but i have applied for education loan of 9350000INR ..
and also 1 year bank statement no less than amount of 10 lakhs
also sponsership from canada..

is it good ?
