My wife and I applied for PR under express entry (I am the principal applicant) in April 2023 and are waiting for a response, but our file seems to be stuck in security and there might be significant delays.
Both mine (PGWP) and my wife’s work visa is expiring in September 2024.The problem is that under c41, my work visa validity should be 6 months to apply for a spousal work permit extension.
Can I apply for her work visa extension along with my BOWP application given that I currently have less than 6 months till expiration? Or should I apply for a BOWP and wait for a decision before applying for her SOWP extension?
