Here is my situation,
SOWP extension applied- Oct 2023
Got Refusal- Feb 2024 because my spouse (PGWP holder) did not have a skilled job.
In the refusal letter they have mentioned that my Original WP expires on 21st Feb 2024. Right now, my spouse(PGWP holder) got his skilled job so we will apply before the expiry but we only have one pay stub so is it okay if we reapply before the expiry and then upload upcoming pay stubs.
Also, Can I work while waiting for the decision?
