SOP to justify low marks...suggestions PLEASE

Hi, mine visa was refused due to low % in Graduation B.com almost 54%
but i has 7bands in ielts.
how ever i am going to reapply for jan2013, I know i have to justify my low marks in sop.
PLEASE everybody give me suggestions , how can i justify my low scores, so that VO is satisfied and grant me visa/.

i was thinking if u were applying for masters u could have given GRE and then could have justified ur low marks.

YOU are right but i am applying for THIS pg certificate. What can i do ?? what should i mention in SOP.
actully i applied for GBM which is 2year and was refused saying not have sufficent ability to procced in this program.
now i am applying in IBM which is 1year

i dont know how would u justify low marks was there a reason u got so low percentage? can u explain that reason also u can mention exams in india everything depends on the final exams and that because of so and so problem u screwed up in final exams. also u can mention u didnt have that problem in 10th 12th and justify ur good grades. dont use these same words but put this in good english.

may be ur just on the border i think 60% is required for masters i believe i am not sure though.

Dont want to disheartan you mine was also 54%
and GBM is not a masters, it is only a graduate certificate.

My got visa 2 years Before he had just 50% in b.com and Applied for bachelors again bba At mun uni and He Surprisingly Got visa with in 2 months So dont Worry It totally Depends Upon Luck and How You make Your File and How strong is your sop And Your documents

That is what i am asking sir ji. what to mention in SOP, can you please ask youe friend about what he mentioned in sop, and what ever hi did in his file to justify his low acadmics scores.
