Hello friends here is situation.....
My relative has worked as welder for more than 3 years without any diploma but he is doing diploma in welder trade(ITI).
i want to know will his experience before getting diploma will be counted towards his experience in getting PR or CIC only counts experience post diploma...

there is no connection of work experience before diploma or after diploma.....

it will be counted
