I would like to know do I need to apply for non tax residency if I m soft landing? Planning to do a soft landing for two weeks and not establishing any residential ties. Then will go back to home country to finish up jobs engagement and eventually return to Canada after 1 year for long stay. In this case do I need to fill in any application?
