I am an international student, I finished my study in April 2016 and I got the three years work permit until July 2019.
I am wondering about my social insurance number extension as I went to service Canada office but they could not extend it online and then filed the paper application as my SIN got expired on 31st July.
Now, I called to help line number for it, so they told me that I will get call from them in next 2 weeks as there can be some immigration issue and they will investigate it.
Could you guys help me with it, what kind of immigration or other issues it could be as I already got my work permit in the last month.
