Im sponsoring my husband for PR, but he has being living with

but unable to fine one so he is more worried but he choose to Volunteer himself
to difference organisation just to keep him and kill some time.

At this moment he can't get a health card or SIN which sucks for him but since hes PR is on Aproval
stage, I want to get him to receive Socail Assistant but he keeps saying no
bcos he wants to wait then get hes PR so he can work bcos he Loves to work
rather than depending on Govt for Assistance. Advice

Your husband absolutely should NOT get social assistance. Remember that because he is a PR applicant, this is a debt YOU will owe the government and have to pay it back.

I would have thought that if he wouldn't get social assistance as he is here on a tourist visa.

He is a visitor, he has no recourse to public funding such as social assistance... No government on the planet would just hand out money to visitors because they couldn't work, that's absurd! If he wants to volunteer I'd say that's fantastic and smart, could get him a job offer easier once he obtains PR status... Many PR holders do not find gainful employment quickly and easily, so he could be at an advantage.... As mentioned above once he gets PR he can get welfare, but the monies will be collected back from you, the sponsor, as part of the agreement you signed in sponsoring. So your family situation would be no further ahead...

As an aside, no self respecting man would care to be pressured into collecting handouts... Just sayin.

After AIP is when they check if you are receiving social assistance and if they find that you are your application will most likely be refused.

I do know that in Ontario if your spouse is on disability you are eligible for family disability. To me this makes no sense as my husband/sponsor would have to pay it back. I wonder why they offer that option when it is not truly an option?
We spoke with an immigration attorney about this and he said absolutely do not do accept payments even if they add you once you report the relationship. He said he has had clients get approved but it is a huge mess to deal with and not worth the gamble for what you receive.

Thanks for your Advice.

Since Im the sponsor here, sponsoring him through outland process
but im on Ontario Disability (socail assistance) even if I will be re-paying
the money back to the Govt. Do you think it will have any affect on his PR
Application?....... What do you think.

The sponosr cannot be on social assistance, except disability. So you are OK in this regard.
But your husband most definitely cannot get social assistance now, because he is a visitor to Canada. He can only get it once he has his PR visa and has landed. Any social assistance he gets for the first three years will have to be repaid by you, though, so it would be pointless to get it.
