small problem . need help plz

In the generic application form . it was asked how many family members are on this application. because my wife will be sponsoring me and we just got married , i wrote 1 , because in the context she is not my dependant, i asked this question from my friend and he said write 1 not 2 as i wrote 2 before . now that i have checked basic guide again . it says family members in the application means you, your sponsor and children . in that way it should be 2 . i wrote 1 . and sent my application , and they received it on 3rd august . will this be a problem .
