Skilled Work Experience validation

Hi,

How am I supposed to demonstrate my Skilled Work Experience? On the CIC website, under Express Entry, it says:

"You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.
If you cannot show that your work experience meets the description in the NOC, you are not eligible under this program."

How do I do that?

You are to provide an employment reference letter from your employer which states where you work, your start date, your role, your duties and responsibilities, your pay structure and hours worked weekly.
