Hi Frnz,

Just need a quick advice.......As I am preparing my documents for CIC, as its not mentioned in the checklist about the education documents, work experience certificates and proof of funds.

Is there any need to submit these documents to CIC?

Can I ask where u from?
1. Better u pay now processing fee only. Always use advance payment system through Credit Card online facility.
2. You can use handwritten option. Write photostudio address and name, date, person name and status.
3. Always fill and print all forms again with latest date and signature. Cause status and circumstances have changed in 2 months. In background declaration form, be careful about point numbers 8 and 12.

1. While paying the fees on Online fee payment ,whether we have to fill the fee payment form or receipt alone is enough.


2. whether the barcode pages should be placed on the top of the application,that is it should be the first document before document checklist,is it correct?

3.How to send the photos with application by placing in small envelope or in ziplock cover,is it ok?

4. How to bound all papers by using paper clips or we have to send all the arranged papers in unbound condition in sealed envelope?

5.Whether we have to send any extra envelope inside the sealed envelope while sending the application to CIC....

1. No, risky. Some times banks and credit card companies don't accept international transactions and first they instruct for getting permission from senior officers. CIC doesn't do this ever and reject application immediately.

3. Better use different small for each person, named it, then put all smalls in some large envelope and write on it ' Photos'.
4. Different forms separated using smaall u pins. Then use 3/4" or 1" clip to bound all papers.
5. Yes, 2 A-4 size envelops with writing your address, one in Hindi and other one in English.

What is the purpose for 2 A4 size envelopes?

So,I am from Chennai,one address in envelope should be in Tamil and another one in English,is it correct?

A-4 means Letter size, generally the pages we use for computer print outs. Yes, u can use Tamil .

If u forget to miss even one signature, they can put the whole inside it and send back to you through ordinary mail, which u will get after 4 months. I am the big exple of the foolishness.

Which is correct?

2. Passport copies,first two pages and last two pages is enough.

3. Photocopy of IELTS should be attested by notary or not.
