I am in unique problem,

SINP Occupations In Demand Application - Nov 2016 (Brother in India)
Brother moved to Saskatoon, SK - Dec 2016 (Informed SINP - no points claimed)
SINP Nomination - Feb 2017
Brother moved to toronto (Apr 2017)
CIC Application with Brother's address of Toronto - (Apr 2017)

Can my brother' residence may jeopardise my CIC PNP Application ?

what remedies can I take.. ?

Kindly suggest.

No. Because it is CIC PR application. Not PNP application.
Besides you can change the address.

With CIC paper Prvincial nominee application, its not clear what is it that CIC checks, they may check nothing or they may check anything.. that is what confuses me....

I think, you are asking for your application and u r in India.
Your brother has already immigrate Canada and living in Toronto.
Is this right? If yes then why do you want to write brother's address in your application? Why don't your Indian address?

I mentioned his address in Additional Family Information form.. where you need to list all your brothers and sisters....

My issue is can CIC question my intent to reside in SK on the basis of my brother in Ontario and what proofs will be sufficient to prove my intention ?
