Why r u so late? Did u submit incomplete application?

I am not sure but my application is in process. I did not call to even check progress on my application. processing time is 7(6.9) months anyhow as we speak. I think may be month or two more. I think its on track and I am not the only one waiting for it. Hope for the Best.
