SINP interview - Is this mail Scam ?

Hi Folks,

My friend's cousin has received an email like attached asking them to come for an interview. At first glance, it obviously looks like scam, but wanted to check if any folks got email like this,

The mail is genuine as they are sending this mail to country specific draw (selected applicants)
