I am May 17, 2016 applicant and application changed to in-process today. I submitted a complete application this time and all the funds requirement were met.

House I need a help.

I'm working in the client side for 9 years (From the time I joined my parent company). My HR is refusing to give a reference letter but I have the following things with me ready.

1. Bona fide certificate from my parent (current) company
2. Latest pay slip
3. Appointment letter
4. Latest appraisal letter
5. Parent company ID card
6. Client company ID card
7. Mail proof for my presence 9 years back in client side
8. LOE for work experience clearly stating my parent and client company details

The missing link here is the mail from my manager in client place stating my roles & responsibilities. He is not ready to provide it in a mail also. Can anyone suggest a way to fill this only gap? This is proving to be a show stopper for my application to proceed further.

I tried out getting the roles & responsibilities letter from my colleague in an affidavit last time, but was rejected. Please help me get out of this desperate situation.

Can anyone help on this?

In case if any of your employer is not providing the reference letter, prefer to have a stamp paper with the subject as letter of reference and just enter all the details that are supposed to have in a reference letter. Get it signed from a person who is next level higher to your designation and get the stamp paper notorized.

Many of my friends have done this way and got nominated.

Get it signed from a person who is next level higher to your designation and get the stamp paper notorized.

How do you know when your additional documents have been added to your application.

I sent some missing documents via mail, I called to asked if it had been added and I was told it had been added to my application but I cannot find the documents anywhere.

Kindly advice if I will be able to see the additional document or they just include them without the option of the applicant to view them.

I was requested for additional documents by officer on 11 May ....I sent all on 18th May .....since then no news

I m still waiting on applicant ...

Your documents are added in your file but not uploaded in the SINP Oasis Profile until or unless Criteria Assessment stage is not approached or cleared by the applicant. So stay calm, and don't worry about your documents...!

I am a little bit worried about my educational background which is pharmacy.I have a master of science in pharmacology. Do you think 2221 is an acceptable NOC for me providing that my duties in reference letters is almost identical to the standard NOC 2221

Go to http://www.statcan.gc.ca/ and find the minimum educational requirements for this NOC (2221) practice. If your educations degree satisfies the minimum requirement, you are good to go.

When the application goes in process, then you can see them attached in your application. But for 17 May intake they have become quite strict and returning apps for missing docs. Dont want to discourage you, god bless you with nomination. All the best
