SINP Clarification

Can some one please let me know when is the next intake in foreign skilled worker category for SINP.
If its speculated to be Jan 2017, when will the site start accepting our application as presently it shows closed.
Also, if we get SINP , is it mandatory that we should settle in that province ?

Last year they opened their FSW EE in January 3, 2016. so I think it would be around this time 2017.
if you get your PR through SINP you will have to at least land in the province but nothing oblige you to stay and settle there for good. you may leave after receiving your PR card.
