SINP Aspirants 2014 Lets CONNECT HERE

New Delhi is very fast, both for FSW and PNP. If your NOC is among FSW2014 jobs then I suggest you to apply in FSW because you can get two benefits from that:
1) If you apply in FSW 2014, Your application will receive to New Delhhi visa office within two months and your next process will take around 6 to 8 months there. You can get your visa about 8 to 10 months later but in SINP they will give your nomination at least 2-3 months later then the whole above process must be done after nomination! You will get your visa with SINP at least with 3 months delay.

2) FSW visa is better than PNP visa. you can go and land everywhere you want inside Canada and it is really great. But with PNP visa you must land in that province at least 2 years before you can move to some where else.

The above are my thinking about that matter. Please think twice and ask and search more and more before want to do anything because your decision at this level is very important my friend.

My brother has sponsored through SINP on Nov,2011 (2 Files). FAMILY CATEGORY- WITHOUT EMPLOYEMENT IN SASKATCHEWAN (BASED ON SETTLEMENT FUNDS)

Both got nomination on: Sep , 2013

Both files submitted to NS Intake office: Jan 14,2014

One file was transferred to the vo on Feb 24,2014.

HOWEVER, Other file has no information what so ever for being transferred to any vo. Nomination on this file has expired since March 2014. Kindly advise :
Is it normal?
How much is the processing times of intake NS under family sponsorship?
what is the best we can do to inquire about file status and how?

My status has now also changed to "In Process". Please update the spreadsheet.

Also, my FSW 2014 application has been received almost a month ago, and I see that some people's CCards are being charged already that applied to FSW 2014. So I wonder if I should wait and see who charges me first and then tell the other to stop processing? What are the other poeple with the same situation going to do?

Hi Willem,

About SINP and FSW, I think you must wait until your FSW application reach your local visa office and then you should send an email to SINP and cancel your SINP application. That step indicates, you application's assessment is done by CIC and your local visa office is ready to do security and health check processing.
I am sure that your FSW application will be received by your local visa office and in that time SINP still didn't give any nomination letter!
