I went to couple of immigration consultants and lawyers to get job approval letter for my relatives and they gave me rough idea of 15000 to 20,000 dollars.. But they can only provide you job letter just for your sinp paper work..job letter will be genuine and you can get nomination from sask govt but you wont be able to join the job once you get landed status.. I hope that would clear your query..

Heard a rumor , it might be someone's theory but seems good....
SINP is taking the first month to find the eligible 250 candidates who have all the requirement fulfilled....and they will be assessing the 250 from the following months and in between even though a candidate is fully accessed and nominated they wont send the nomination until all the 250 are finished...they will start sending the nomination after finishing 250...so it will take them about 4 months.....strategy is
1. find 250 eligible candidates
2. assess and nominate
3. put nomination in queue
4. send nomination letters


In that case guys if this is close to truth then we might get the nomination within 6 months..... 8) 8)

No, the job approval letter will only work in sask .. If you are thinking of other province then you have to look for labour market opinion (LMO) which is very difficult to get nowadays..

You dont need to get LMO in sask for sinp.. Just find an employer who can provide you approved job offer letter .. You just need to include that in your application along with other required documents..

employrs will only provide job approval letter .. Getting LMO is longer process than approval letter in sask..

I dont agree with it tht they will put Nomination in Queue, as if we have one guy who is having all the docs complete, and one guy who is having 10 documents which are still pending, wont be having same time frame and same duration.
