madali lang un work permit, saka kahit may job offer tulad ko nde na kailangan once landed immigrant ka. mabagal ang application ngayon ng PR due to strike, agahan mo pag complete ng documents para maipasa kaagad PR application mo.

SINP is giving Login credential giving error on SINP Portal when signing in , Does any body has any idea, is it good or bad sign? I am sept 2011 Applicant .








Faisal you should contact your agent as they have return your file due to the non registration of your Employer as happened in my case and since it says File Return our agent change the password.

hi, i just want to ask, im working in a fastfood right now in Saskatchewan as a temporary foreign worker, I started June 2013, my employer said she will help us to apply thru SINP on December 2012 (that is our 6th month stay here in canada) my question is, is there any possibility for me and for my other workmates to apply in SINP??? because we are actually 10 people going to apply in SINP. please help me and enlighten me with the process, and please help me if it is really possible for us to apply SINP? because ive heard that in Alberta theres only 1 person per restaurant is qualified for their AINP . thanks .

if you are SINP Skilled worker category applicant with Job Offer then based on my experience, you will get Doc request in between January 2014 - March 2014 and add 6 Months more for Nomination ( provided you have submitted documents on time)

...........so hopefully between August 2014 - Oct 2014 you will get your nomination

by the way what is your Ecas status right now? :app recvd" or " in process" ????

it means they will tk approx 2yrs for the nomination ,but on the sinp site they have mentioned that it takes 6 months & what docs request they will ask to submit..??

yes approx 2 yrs for nomination from applicant of India Pakistan Nepal, Bdesh, Sri Lanka etc ( exception always there) and Add 1.5 yrs more after nomination ..............so whole process takes place for 3.5-4 yrs (or more)

for document request it depends and varies from case to case

Hello All,

Nearly after one year I received the additional document request from SINP last night. The documents requested are as follows:

Code of Conduct
Birth Document
Updated Job Offer Letter
IMM 5562 Supplementary Information: Your Travels

I should be able to provide all the documents but have an issue with the Birth Document. I am 1979 born in India and do not have a birth certificate. Can anyone in this forum help me with any other document / affidavit that would suffice this request. Just to let you know that my passport and my 10th Std. Certificate has my date of birth which I provided to SINP with my case filing but did not provide those as proof of birth but as identity and educational documents respectively.

I submitted my application at SINP online last february 14, 2012, then i received a status "APPLICATION RECEIVED" last march 1, 2012.
and last April, 2013 status is "IN PROCESS".. now still waiting..

Guys , I heard SINP is going shut down by Dec 2013 and will reduce their pile up accordingly

No, they have not yet informed me, if there is an additional documents needed like IELTS, they already made a follow up to my employer for the job offer that expired last 2012, they asked the employer if they still need me for the job, my employer send another documents telling that they still need me.
