What will happen to our case "PNP skilled worker", will these news release effect us, will our case be rejected

Not at all. I think there will be more chances of getting nomination and even pr status in the shortest possible time. Once you meet the requirement for a particular province and you are able to convince the immigration officer that you would stay in that province and have no ties to other province then, you will be nominated by Gods grace.

The only case of rejection is if you have strong ties like a close relative in another province. Then the immigration officer will use their soul discretion to proceed with that case. But when u meet the category requirement, it just a queue process.

I applied for SINP in 1st week of March 2012 with Job Offer Letter and Country from Pakistan

got File received Acknowledgement in Last Week of March 2012

but till date my Online Application Status is " Application Received"

Why that Status is not Changing to "Application in Process" ? ? ?

Anyone else having the same issue ? ? ? If yes please respond

someone told me that Immigration Process was very slow for past couple of weeks because of Issue with Family Stream and New SINP Policy which initiated in July 2012, so Immigration people were very busy...

since these issues are almost resolved now, so things will be moving faster from now onwards

I dont know if above "excuse" is true or not if somebody can comment so i will be very thankful


would really appreciate your response

The issue you are talking about is two month old, beside I suggest you should call them. My status changed from "Application Received" to "In Process" in 6 weeks time.

what makes you think I am from Pakistan?

I submitted my application on January 6th 2012, almost 6 months back under family stream.

Pls tell me the time limit to finalize my case?
i have submitted my passport with medical as per demand by cic. my status changed to DM as on 25th june 2012.
