I think initial review for sure done. But VO may wants another review by a next level of VO.
He sounds like not fully satisfied. I wish my guess is wrong. I would send them more proof at this point before they decide for interview needed or not.

I agree with u..I have already sent (2nd time)lots of prove of our ongoing relationship,my husband's recent visit ,some pics of us and with family...they have all those added with my file(known by GCMS)...let's see now .....plz pray for me....

frustration is everywhere i applied for gcms notes in october 8th by november 8th they emailed to tell its gonna take more time to send me more info upto 50days

It's 95% seems most likely u gonna be waived interview....dnt get stress now just pray for ur PPR soon...

Eligibility Assessment is a two step process. First step Initial review is completed & now waiting for final review. But it's wired that ours files are still not assigned to any one to star the final review.

Yes I did. Initial review was completed on June 2013 with Status Recommend Passed. Since then no update. Not even assigned to any Visa officer for Final Review.
