Just few things like "the sponsor is canadian born citizen...." The PA is thailand citizen and ... Year old" but no comment about the relationship nor any red flag (wich is good when mississauga doesn't arrow red flag). And of course that i'm eligible to sponsor and waiting for the csq since I'm apllying from Quebec.
What was in yours?

Still waiting for mine. :(

The reason I ordered it is to see if any of the things I think could be red flags are mentioned in the comments.

9 year age difference, I met my wife one month after previous common law relationship ended, married after 10 months and I proposed online, I converted religion to marry her, my family wasn't at the wedding, and we didn't have a traditional Javanese wedding.

We confronted and explained them all very well but I'm anxious.
For 9 years difference no big deal i think specially if your older than your wife
I married after 9 month ( but i was with her for 5 month total during this time)
My family was not at the wedding also amd i didn't convert to buddist
We had traditional ceremony but low cost nothing expensive
For the proposal online i dont know( me I proposed at home alone with her, no ceremony)
I didn't have any bad comment from mississisauga.

Correct me if I am wrong. I think Mississauga Office only checks the eligibility of the sponsor first. They will then transfer the PA application to corresponding VO to process. When the VO finishes their first round of eligibiliy checking for the PA, they will assign back to a Mississauga officer to do the final round.

With that said, if you order the notes too early, the application is not mature enough, you will not see much valuable information in the notes.

EDIT: I just re-read the GCMS explaination post from Eagle333. The Mississauga officer does perform a quick screening on PA eligibiliy. He/she will mark it as "Not Started" if he/she does not find any red flags, and then transfer it to VO to perform the deeper check. If Mississauga officer finds suspicious holes in the relationship, he/she will mark as "review required/review/needed". You can check your notes to see the first status of the PA eligibility. If it is not started, it is a good sign then. For our notes, it was not started on Nov 20, even before I got my SA, then it recommend passed on Jan 5.

Hey guys, I got my notes today. It does say "not started" for the eligibility so I suppose that is a good sign according to the above posts.

Couple things I don't understand:

It says "new worker" as my wife's occupation. She's unemployed and had a couple short lived waitress positions in the last 2 years. She hasn't been working since October.

There's a NOC code in the file as: 9914000.. No idea what that is about.

Why is EE eligibility, work experience and PNC in a family class application notes?

Application status: 3 Case status: Prospective. Again, no idea what that means.

Activity 7: Biographic, New Value: Submit.. Don't know what that is

Activity 9: Biographic, New Value: Submit- Delayed.. Any ideas what this is?

There's also zero notes like Shineon39 described as initial comments about SPR and PA.

"Not Started" is of course a good start:). My wife's eligibility changed to "Recommend Passed" on Jan 5. I received my SA on Nov 23. I noticed you received your SA on Apr 5. With that said, your eligibility should get the next update on mid of May. I think you should wait until the end of May, or even mid June before order new notes.

After some research I found this:
http://caipsnotes.com/Codes.shtml#

For what i understand this code (new worker) means that the principal applicant will be a new worker in canada and never had a work permit.
