I submitted my BNP PR application from my home country since July 16, 2014 and received my file number from CIO Sydney since Sep. 19, 2014. My file was then transferred to the Singapore office since Oct. 16, 2014 but until now my E-cas status is still under processing. I am still waiting for medical request.
I have been in Canada on a work permit visa since Sep. 2014 (2 months after submitting my PR application). In Nov. 2014, I sent a request for file transfer to Canada but the Singapore office said "it makes more sense to process it there". Since then, there's no progress on my application. What should I do?
