We are pretty excited my wife and me because of the passport request. Singapore recommended my wife to make travel arrangements through IOM. Since my wife know little english and it will be her first time air travelling, she might have some hard time coming to Canada, finding her way in transit, meeting the IO in Vancouver.
My question is, did anyone make travel arrangements with IOM recently and got help from them during the fly?
And is there a form that I need to fill to send to IOM in Newyork and pay the travelling fee?
