Hi,

What should be the signing date of all the forms, should it be the date which I get the employment reference letter ? or the actual most recent form in which I filled the form ? Additionally, in schedule 8 form, which date should I put for my current job, the actual most recent date or the reference letter date ?

1. Put the signing date as the signing date If you are signing the forms today, put "2014-08-11", this has nothing to do with your reference letters whatsoever
2. In "TO" fields, whenever applicable, write "Present" or simply put the same date when you sign the forms, e.g. "2014-08-11", both ways are correct
