Should I have a lawyer's help in applying to renew PR?

My PR card expired in 2014. I crossed the border many times since then visiting family, the last time being in 2019. I have not left since then and I am currently well within residency obligation, spending 3+ years in Canada within the last 5. I am applying to renew my PR card now, should I just be as thorough as possible and do it myself, or should I seek a lawyer's help to make sure I do it as properly and safely as possible?

If you have 3+ years straight in Canada, well over what is required, I don’t see benefit in seeking legal counsel.
