I just moved to Canada from the US about a month ago. I had some of my personal possessions shipped because I couldn't fit them all in my car. I know that these were supposed to come in tax/duty free. I just received a letter from FedEx saying that I have to pay brokerage fees on the items that I have had shipped. Can someone explain this to me?
