The question is, In your own words,tell us briefly about your plans to settle in Nova Scotia and your future here.
with respect surely only you know why you want to emigrate to Nova Scotia and why you see the province and Canada as your future both as a place to live and work for yourself and your family.
Obviously a reason such as NS PR applications might be more welcoming is not a reason so you need to come up with some other positives about your plans, why NS from a settlement viewpoint. Be creative regardless of whether long terms plans differ given it is you who has justify why you should be given PR.
