Got it thank you!The email came next day, and as you can see from my timeline in my signature, the physical permit arrived 6 days later.

No, I wouldn't assume that at allRandom question: If you are approved for OWP, does it usually mean that your PR will be approved? Granted that you pass all the medical and background check. I assume that when they approve your OWP it's because CIC believes your relationship is genuine....right?
You should! It's driving me crazy why they're taking so long!!Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... LOL
I'll contact them tomorrow and find out
Your status changed to reviewing eligibility? If not It will change the review eligibility this weeek and then approval , keep it up.You should! It's driving me crazy why they're taking so long!!
Actually, it's my father's application and we didn't apply for an OWP. I'm just frustrated on behalf of barsarah!Your status changed to reviewing eligibility? If not It will change the review eligibility this weeek and then approval , keep it up.
Yeah @bushra1122, I know exactly how you feelYou should! It's driving me crazy why they're taking so long!!
I am in the same position. Yesterday morning it was changed to "reviewing your eligibility", but it hasn't changed since. I know of at least another member here @Freshboi who had the same?Hi guys, I am wondering if the OWP approval usually comes in the same day that they start reviewing your eligibility?! They started mine yesterday and I didn't get mine and other people did. I am worried..
I don't know about the PCC, but we had a document request for a new passport, and although the deadline is February 1, we aren't sure that we will receive it in time. My husband called CIC about it, they said to use the web form to upload proof that we have actually applied for the passport, and let them know that we will send it ASAP. Apparently they give 1 month as a standard deadline, and they just want to hear SOMETHING from you within that time to acknowledge that you are working on what they asked for.Okay, I have a question for everyone who's done their RCMP police certificate clearance. I'm at the local police station for my dad's PCC and I was asking the lady if the results would be sent directly and how long it would take.
She said the results come here and we have to pick them up and it takes 1.5 - 2 months for the results to come in.
Now I'm freaking out. Our deadline to submit results is January 27th, 2019. I did ask her if we can expedite the process and she said no, RCMP does it on a priority basis.
Is this normal? Did anyone else face this?? I'm getting really worried now.
