From what I have read on other threads for people with photo problems is that, they may ask you to retake your photos and have you resubmit it to them.

When I checked my status through ECAS (Sponsor), it shows decision made, but no update when I login to GCKEY, not even PCC or Schedule A request, is this normal?
App Received - Sep 6,
AOR - Oct 19,
Email to link app online -Oct 20,
Decision made (Sponsor) - Oct 21

Hope it means your application is going through quickly. I'm getting the impression that IRCC is picking up the pace a little based on reports (like yours) here.

Don't worry yet, you're still below the average wait time. I sent mine Sept 1st and only got AOR last Wednesday.
