I too am Sep 29 Applicant - Feb 6 AOR and no news yet. I did my upfront medical & RPRF on Friday. Do post here if u hear from CIC!

Hi Friends,
I received my MR on March 5. My timelines are Application received: Sep 26(2014) , AOR on Feb 5 (2015) . I took my medicals today & they just gave me an acknowledgment copy.They informed that they will be sending the documents to processing centre.Do we need to send to CIC the scanned copy of acknowledgment received? Please advise.

Hi Folks,
September 29th applicant. Got RPRF request on March 3rd. Did upfront medicals already so saved time on this one.
Work permit expires on April 8th 2016.
ECAS updated and I can use the RPRF receipt number to check status.
All will fall in place for everyone, apparently I got the news from MP that April 4th is the set deadline where CIC has to finish atleast giving MRs to all CEC applicants.
Good luck to all, you've come so far, you'll surely pass through this wait

I took my Medical appointment in Halifax for 29th March 2016 for me and my wife.Due to Physician is going on VACATION for 3 weeks Starting tomorrow.

And the Medical's waiting game starts again.

Oh thats interesting, was there any suggestion as to when the deadline on completing cic applications is..?

CIC just started processing after such a long break..Why you are taking that much time for Medical.
Do it from some other Dr, Go for long drive(near city) or search somewhere else but don't wait for that Dr.
Do not relax until you get ur PR.
Anyways CIC gives just 30day for medical to complete, hope you are aware of that.
