But if its NER why CIC will charge CC? They shd just send back the documents...

If CC is charged then that implies to PER only right?
Pls advice....

In case of NER, CIO has already undertaken eligibility review thus cost of performing review by an officer has already incurred and should be recovered by CC charging / DD encashment.

You can only get worried a bit if ur ECAS is not active with ur UCI. However, if u don't av access to ur UCI cu ECAS, it's possible that CIC has skipped ur PER. Thus, pls relax ur nerves and wait for AOR/MR from your VO.

Pls worty less and hope for ur AOR/MR. Happy waiting.

Fast application processing at d VO level is a function of d number of applications the VO office av to process. I guess SGVO av less fsw 2014 packages to process lately compare to NDVO, AVO, LVO and other busy VOs.

SGVO is moving faster in AOR issue.

Already 10/09/2014 Applicant has got his AOR just only in 22 days.

Beside the previous time range between PER - AOR was 40 - 45 days which has now turned into 30 - 40 days. Its a good sign that SGVO is working very swiftly.

Most likely Yes but i am not certain. Based on the last update released by cic, we can see that some caps exceed d cap limits from d number application awaiting MI towards PER. However this is the judgement of CIC.

Is it true that if for example CAP is full on some particular date all applications from that date will be accepted?
For example if we have 10 applications from Sep 2 and on the 7th application the cap has become 1000 the remaining 3 applications from the same date will be IN?

How could this happen if Singapore visa office average processing time is 28 months. What happen then to my application timeline if I am from morocco and Morocco processing time is only 3 months. I am sep 24 applicant. Per on 08.01.2015. I think it is a more case on a case basis than an office to office time matter.

My Ecas status is active now "In Process".

Im bit worried about DOB on my ECA report, instead 0f mm-dd-yyyy it is appearing as dd-mm-yyyy.

However my consultants has rectified this error in wes report but he said it is not notified to cic..

Does it create any problem or cic will check WES for incorrect DOB.

No I mean just an ordinary rejection of previous Canada visa mentioned in the application forms.
For example in my case I had one Visitor Visa rejected and I have mentioned that in my FSW application and also provided a cover letter.

This is just an assumption that I have since my NOC 2171 was not caped on Sep 2 because we have one confirmed forum member that already received PER..
I am trying to find a common sense why some applications are delayed...

Looking at the current trend NOC 2171 probably has been filled by Sep 2 (I am not sure whether all Sep 2 applicants are in).
We have one very reliable forum member who is from Sep 3 NOC 2171 and reported that CIC have returned his documents due to CAP full on January 12...
We have another member who received replay from CIC on his query mail that NOC 2171 category has been filled by Sep 2 applications.
And another one from Sep 4 NOC 2171 that got reply from CIC that his file is waiting for initial review...

We have 2 indications that reveal NOC 2171 has been full by Sep 2 and 1 indication that shows NOC 2171 includes applicants from Sep 4 at least...

I personally cant draw any conclusion so far.... I am Sep 2 NOC 2171 and still waiting

I applied September and was waiting for my CC. but last week i find out that i forgot to send my Original IELTS score and send the copy by mistake.

Now please tell me what to do.

Will they return my application and give me a chance to submit IETLS again with some file number.

do i have any chance or not? still i have'nt receive my file back.
