Zoran send the documents asap. And then apply for PCC.
By the time you will get AOR, you will also have PCC in your hand.
You can send the PCC then with your AOR.

I just read the documents checklist, and according to what is written there, I could understand that even if PCC is not included I would still receive AOR. So probably, I have to provide new one before the current one expires to avoid further delays.

correct me if I am wrong.

If all September applications were returned 1-2 weeks ago, does it mean the waiting period for an application to be assessed is about 25 days?

An example: someone sent in his application on the last day of September. It has not been returned to him in 1-2 weeks ago what means 25th-30th of October. What means applications are assessed sometime after 4 weeks, and additionan (as of now) 3 weeks to issue an AOR?

Correct. AFAIK applications have been returned until the end of October.

Correct. PCCs are not required to be sent with your application. You can submit PCCs after receiving the AOR.

Got my AOR on Nov. 8th. Next step is apply for BOWP...
