Hello friends


I have received my GCMS notes this morning. I have figured out that my work experience has some issues.

I have worked two jobs at the same time one being a full time Job and another being a part time job, so the GCMS notes say that work experience OVERLAPS the other and REVIEW RECOMMENDED. Does any one has any idea what this means now in terms of my application approval?..


The second thing I have noticed is my education duration being questioned, It's says I have obtained 2 years ontario college diploma, but my transcripts show 3 semesters and the college website states the program as 2 years, but in this case I think the officer has missed observing the co-op work semester on my transcript.

So any idea how do I prove them that I did a two years program n I had co-op work for a semester, I had done a 4 semester program which was a co-op program.

Urgent help required. I am also thinking of considering a lawyer at this situation. Any suggestion for good immigration lawyer who deals with CEC in Edmonton or Calgary area.

Any help is highly appreciated.

I got my GCMS note yesterday, and I also realized some issues on it. I wrote on this subject yesterday and you can see it in the previous page. I have sent an email to CPP Ottawa reporting the issues and supporting documents. For your case, if you think that there is a mistake or misunderstanding of the officer in your notes, I think, you should report these to CPP Ottawa as soon as possible with supporting documents and/or explicit explanation...

Can some one guide me how to update more information to the immigration officer.. I would like to send some documents to support my claim for 2years full time study with 4 semesters.

Any one has a link of cic website that tells how to update information.

Just the file number and explanation for the document that's being updated is enough??

put the purpose of your email and your application number in the email title, and include the following information in your email:
1. Last Name
2. First name (both as appeared on your passport)
3. Birth date (YYYY-MM-DD)
4. Client ID
5. Application number
6. Type of application.

Hey guys, I had applied in sept'12 under CEC category. I got request for RPRF & Biodata form on june 10th. After that I didnt get any notification from cic. I am wondering who is in the same boat waiting like me for MR and further process?

that's strange because RPRF and biodata come the same day as medical but they come first and after few hrs, medical request will arrive. I suggest u email Ottawa office and request for them to send u medical instruction otherwise they might think that they already did. in ur email, tell them that u received RPRF and biodata form but still waiting for ur medical instruction.

This was not my experience. I received medical request without receiving either RPRF or biodata. I do not think it is the same for everyone.

Who told you that RPRF etc come after Medicals and that too within hours or same day?
I have not received RPRF and biodata request so far and so is the case with a large number of applicants!
